Hold off investigating this bug. Restarting using the channel395 tutorial case appears to work. I will investigate what is different between my case and the working tutorial case and report back. |

OK, bug confirmed. Replicated the error with the channel395 tutorial case. Turns out this bug only occurs if you run a solver with a '-case' option, at which point the "uniform" directory cannot be found and the gradient defaults to zero. |
