Summary0004232: surfaceFeatureConvert does not support new vtk format

The surfaceFeatureConvert does not support vtk 5.x format, because of this, we're not able to use paraFoam to select refinement edges.
Steps To Reproduce1 - Open an .stl file inside paraFoam;
2 - Apply feature edges filter;
3 - Save the data as .vtk format;
4 - run the command "surfaceFeatureConvert <name>.vtk <name.eMesh>

We don't have any plans or funding to rewrite the VTK file format support in OpenFOAM, maybe this would be a good opportunity for a community contribution, could you undertake this development and contribute it? If not then we would need funding.
