DescriptionAs per Eq. (95b) in Ref. [1], the effectiveness factor in COxidationIntrinsicRate.C [Line 185] should read

max(3.0/sqr(phi)*(phi/tanh(phi) - 1.0), 0.0)

instead of

max(3.0*sqr(phi)*(phi/tanh(phi) - 1.0), 0.0)
