| Summary | 0003486: ExtrueMesh fails in parallel with wedge extrusion | ||||
| Description | When running extrudeMesh is parallel with a wedge extrusion type, an error in IOstream is thrown. A regular extrusion work, and it also work in serial. I have reproduced in WLS with Ubuntu 18.04 as well. | ||||

How important is extruding a wedge in parallel? How large is your case that you need to extrude a 2D wedge in parallel? |

Our case is 25 million currently, but potentially more. |

Yes. We have a very large domain, and a high resolution is needed. |
