Summary0000325: SKA is gone in OpenFOAM 2.0!?
DescriptionI was reviewing how to use SKA and SDA, then found out that SKA disappeared from OpenFOAM 2.0!
There is still a textual reference to SKA here: src/dynamicFvMesh/solidBodyMotionFvMesh/solidBodyMotionFunctions/SDA/SDA.H

Several new motions exist, but right now I haven't looked deep enough to figure out which one is more similar to SKA.
