Summary | 0003035: wrong behaviour of wingMotion tutorial using rigidBodyMotion solver
Description | I try to conduct the wingMotion tutorial using rigidBodyMotion solver. This tutorial employs the sixDofRigidmotion solver originally. Refer to the floatingObject tutorial, the only modified file for the wingMotion tutorial is the dynamicMeshDict. Attached case is modified wingMotion tutorial using rigidBodyMotion solver. But this case crashes up after t=0.13s. The result by paraview is also attached, which shows a continuous clockwise rotation along zAxis and results in extreme mesh deformation. The moment of linearAxialAngularSpring is found has same direction with rotation by the output of log file, which is expected to have the adverse direction with rotation and restore the pitch motion. The rotation of paraview also show inconsistence with orientation of log file. Does I have a wrong setup in dynamicMeshDict with rigidBodyMotion solver or miss any parameters?
