Summary0000945: [ReactingParcel]: Set Tvap to min. triple point temperature of the components and do NOT read it from the dictionary
DescriptionTvap should be set to the minimum triple point temperatures of the components in a parcel.
It is unnecessary (and error prone) to make the user specify this quantity in the spray dictionary. Hence, remove the lookup of this quantity from the dictionary.

After re-considerations that I laid out in bug #942 I think Tvap should be set to the (pseudo) triple point temperature Tpt(X). An implementation of Tpt(X) is given also in bug #942.
