Description | Hi all I found a strong problem in viewFactor in parallel Radiative flux are miscalculated in parallel. For a serial job all radiative flux are good and Fij are good. In parallel, an overestimation appears flux are overestimated in my case with a factor 400!!! With my competence, I analyse the code : - LU is good - Error or the exact overestimation is independent of processor number - Error or the exact overestimation is independent of decomposition method - Error or the exact overestimation is independent of dimensions of the case - Error or the overestimation appears in coners with a 90° angle and the error is independant of featureAngle or nFacesInCoarsestLevel - Error seems to be slightly when constant emissivity is changed but it's not significant - Fij agglomeration or Fij calculation in parallel is bad Yours | ||||

We tested the view factor calculation in parallel and we could not find any problem in our cases. If you can provide a "test" case which reproduces your problem we could have a look. Thanks |
