Description | typical Prandtl adimensional number ( Pr = ni/alfa = mu*Cp/k) for water is 7, but in OpenFOAM-dev/etc/templates/singleFluidCHT/templates/materials/water/thermophysicalProperties at row 48 it is set as per dry air to 0.7; In this case at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure the thermal conductivity for water is about k=0.608[W/mK] => Pr=1.0e-03*4181/0.608=0.696[-] | ||||
