DescriptionThe standard tutorial example 'propeller' crashed (repeatedly) at Time = 0.028s

It happens repeatedly to me and my friend on different machines. He's using Ubuntu 12.04 too.
Steps To ReproduceRun /Allclean

in propeller directory.
Additional InformationTrying different dtt scheme seems to help.

Yes, 2.2.2 installed earlier this month.

Update of the crash: with ddt backward it ran until Time = 0.115s, where is ended on a preconditioner (DILU) error, so I tried diagonal instead and then it ran untill Time = 0.229118, ended on:

@mattjis: I don't think the push worked, at least not for the file "incompressible/pimpleDyMFoam/propeller/system/fvSolution", as shown in its history online: https://github.com/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-2.2.x/commits/master/tutorials/incompressible/pimpleDyMFoam/propeller/system/fvSolution
