Summary0001001: Duplicate class STLpoint (in surfMesh and triSurface)
DescriptionThe class STLpoint is present in both, src/surfMesh and src/triSurface with effectively identical interface and implementation. Worse, libtriSurface mixes them (src/triSurface/triSurface/interfaces/STL/readSTLBINARY.C and src/triSurface/triSurface/interfaces/STL/writeSTL.C use the one from triSurface, src/triSurface/triSurface/interfaces/TRI/readTRI.C the one from surfMesh).
