DescriptionIn my workflow I'm aliasing grep to be 'grep -in'. This alias gets used in etc/cshrc to find the FOAM_INST_DIR.

Workaround/fix:

replace

    grep

with

    \grep

Creating aliases for system commands is very risky and will break many scripts. It would be better to create a new name for 'grep -in' e.g. 'grepin'
