Summary	0001446: createBaffles duplicates data in epsilon BC file
Description	Hello, I tried to run the following tutorial case in OF 2.3.0: $FOAM_TUTORIALS/incompressible/pimpleFoam/TJunctionFan When visualizing the data, Paraview gives me an error regarding the data in the "epsilon" file. It seems that when writing the BC for the baffles, the line describing the "value" appears twice. All other BC files seem to be OK. This appears for both the master and the slave surfaces of the generated baffles.
Steps To Reproduce	In OF 2.3.0, just run the tutorial and check the "epsilon" files at any time step. Look for the BC definition for the baffles. $FOAM_TUTORIALS/incompressible/pimpleFoam/TJunctionFan
